The implementation of the activities of the project “Active Citizens and Participatory Democracy at the local level” realized by the NGO Info-center in cooperation with Aktivo from Veles continues with cooperation with the Municipality of Caska. The visit to the local villages continues in order to gather the needs and priorities from citizens, with a special attention to the minority communities.

The problems that affect the inhabitants of the villages: Teovo, Martolci and Izvor are from the reconstruction of sports playgrounds, access roads, to water supply and sewerage. All involved citizens had the direct opportunity to express their needs on the spot in front of representatives of the local self-government, Department of Local Economic Affairs and to be registered in order to improve life in the settlements.

Through these meetings, the local population presents the problems they face and their prioritization should be commitment in the work of the Municipality of Caska for 2022. Some of the requests will be included in the annual programs of the local self-government, and some will be requested from donors, domestic and foreign.
A visit to the larger settlements is planned, in order to collect on the spot the problems and needs faced by the inhabitants of the Municipality of Caska. These meetings give a realistic picture of the needs of the inhabitants with a special focus on the needs of the minority communities.
