The Civic Initiative of Women from Sveti Nikole (GIZ), in cooperation with the NGO Info-center, enabled eight women from Sopot, Mustafino, Stanjevci, Dorfulija and Lozovo to jointly participate in the first regional fair of social enterprises from the Vardar region, which was held on November 12, on the town square in Veles.
These women, with the support of GIZ and NGO Info-center, presented their home products: natural honey, sheep and cow cheese, homemade grape brandy, pumpkins, walnuts and more.
This activity, which was realized within the project “Active Citizens and Participatory Democracy at the local level”, is aimed at encouraging the active participation of women in the municipalities of Sveti Nikole and Lozovo, as well as their economic empowerment.
