Part of the needs that have been identified as priorities of the inhabitants in the settlements of Caska, Banjica, Melnica, Gorno and Dolno Jabolciste and Melnica are in the field of social and health care, improvement of the road infrastructure, as well as establishment of a sewerage network.

All persons had the direct opportunity to express their needs on the spot in front of representatives of the local self-government, Department of Local Economic Affairs and to be registered in order to improve life in the settlements.

Through these meetings, the population presents the problems they face, with special attention will be taken to the needs of minority communities and their prioritization in the work of the Municipality of Caska for 2022. Some of the requests will be included in the annual programs of the local self-government, and some will be requested from donors, domestic and foreign.

The activities are part of the project “Active Citizens and Participatory Democracy at the local level” implemented by the NGO Info-center in cooperation with Aktivo from Veles, supported by the International center “Olof Palme” from Sweden, in cooperation with the Municipality of Caska.
